Giovanni has been playing tennis since he could walk and is winning local tournaments. For his eighth birthday, his parents decided to go all out with a tennis themed party. Fotoboyz provide FUN FUN FUN for this event!
Fotoboyz arranged to rent the Miami Open Stadium including VIP access to Center Court where the Miami Open Finals are played! With three resident pro’s from Crandon Tennis Center on hand to run drills and fun games for the kids, it was a great time on center court!
Two pro’s also played a super tiebreak for guests and then Fotoboyz surprised them with extra large tennis racquets to use! Guests loved the change up, and the pro’s found it challenging to play with racquets that were almost as tall as them! Giovanni had the chance to play with the racquets as well–he did great considering the racquet WAS bigger than him!!
Fotoboyz brought multiple elements that helped create a memorable eighth birthday party for Giovanni. Our staff wore T-shirts with a custom designed logo for Giovanni’s Grand Slam birthday celebration. We also added to the party decorations with logo stickers to use on our props, the tables, and all over the inside venue where the party took place. LED Up-Lighting inside the venue created a fun atmosphere, and our DJ kept the music pumping and the energy level on high throughout the event.
Post party our videographer created a 20 minute Video compilation that was uploaded to you tube to share with all and also burned to a DVD for the family to have forever!
Guests entered the VIP party venue on a red carpet step and repeat where we took photos in front of a Grand Slam backdrop. Fotoboyz printed all the photos on-site for the kids and their families to take home.
Once inside the Wimbledon color themed party, a mobile wood burning pizza oven made personalized pizzas for guests to enjoy before having a slice of the delicious tennis themed birthday cake with Sparklers for candles. A candy bar was also set up for the kids (and adults!!!) to enjoy and make bags to take home.
Fotoboyz provided all kinds of activities inside the venue! We brought specialized tennis themed props including a mock up of the Wimbledon trophy, wooden tennis racquets from the ‘70s, and cut outs of popular players for the Open Style Photo Booth. Kids came back multiple times with their friends to pose for still photos and make slo-mo videos. Parents enjoyed the photo booth as well!
Each guest received a traditional photo strip to take home. We also had the Social Media Sharing Station set up so the photos could be shared digitally with family and friends.
A special feature Fotoboyz provided for Giovanni to remember this great event was the scrapbook we made using an extra copy of each photo strip created by guests. We pasted the strip into the scrapbook and provided colored pens for guests to write a birthday note to Giovanni.
Kids had a great time making t-shirts at our Spin Art Studio. Each t-shirt is different since the kids created their own designs using non-toxic, washable inks with many color choices! A Fotoboyz attendant supervised the station and made sure the kids received their t-shirts. They dry quickly and are ready to be worn before the event is over! We customized one side of the t-shirts with Giovanni’s Grand Slam logo to make this the perfect party favor.
Adults and kids were both entertained by the games Fotoboyz brought to the party. Air Hockey, Giant Jenga, and Giant Connect Four were the perfect choice for the active guests at this party! A magician performed amazing mind reading and magic tricks before the grand finale of the party– a pinata!!!
Giovanni had an amazing birthday thanks to his fantastic parents. They are repeat customers and we have developed a great relationship with them. Fotoboyz provided fun activities from start to finish of this party. Parents really enjoyed the party too since Fotoboyz staff ran all of the activities which allowed parents to socialize and have fun while their kids were being entertained in a safe environment!
At the end of the event, kids had burned off their incredible energy and had great memories to take home from Giovanni’s birthday party. Giovanni will have the memories of this fun party his entire life! Fotoboyz staff was awesome at this event, and we are so happy to have made the event an over the top success for Giovanni and his parents!!
