Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is a privately held, family run company that produces Ready Mixed concrete and building supplies throughout the state of Florida. For their 2016 Awards and Appreciation Banquet, Maschmeyer chose a Mad Hatter Party theme.
Giant playing cards, Royal Flush table centerpieces, and streamers of cards reflected the Mad Hatter theme inside the club room overlooking the beautiful greens of the Abacoa Public Golf Course. The service, buffet dinner, open bar, presentation, and contemporary decor of the Abacoa Golf Club was top notch. Any golfers in the Jupiter, FL area should consider playing this course and enjoying the fantastic facility!!
With the festive mood set and many guests already dressed in great costumes, including their own “mad” hats, Fotoboyz provided additional props to be used in the Open Style Photo Booth. Greg and Tessa, our two fun Photo Booth operators, rolled out the red carpet and helped the Maschmeyer team celebrate a successful 2016. Guests came back throughout the night to have multiple photos and make videos with friends and bosses. President/ CEO Troy W. Maschmeyer, Jr. was great in the Photo Booth!! He was in the booth multiple times having fun with employees. Fotoboyz loved creating great memories for the Maschmeyer group!
Each person in the photo (and there were a lot of group photos at this event!) immediately received a copy of the photos just taken in the booth. Graciano, Fotoboyz AWESOME graphic designer, worked with the Maschmeyer team to create a simple yet memorable photo strip with a Mad Hatter logo and the event info printed on it. This take home photo strip is guaranteed to bring back memories of a great night! One guest commented he has photo strips lining his mirror from all the Maschmeyer events we’ve been at through the years because he has so much fun with his friends and colleagues in the photo booth!!
Fotoboyz also emailed, texted, or shared via Facebook the entertaining slo-mo videos guests created in the booth. While the partiers danced, played to the camera, and had fun, Fotoboyz staff showered them with glitter or fake money. The real time video films 5 seconds of action then sloooooooooows it down for the end result–a really awesome slo-mo video that has everyone laughing and watching! Partygoers can’t wait to receive their digital copies to share with family and friends not at the event.
Those who wore creative hats were part of the Maschmeyer Best Hat Contest. The crowd voted for the winner who took home an LG 49” LED TV grand prize! Performance awards were also handed out during the evening’s ceremony. Awards included the Top Drum Award for each plant base and Team Member of the Year. This special award is narrowed down to five finalists and the employee’s actually vote for the winner. This year was a tight race with only ONE vote separating the runner up and winner! An all expense paid cruise was the ultimate prize for the winner!!!
The fantastic relationship between Maschmeyer’s management team, employees, and distributors was evident in their interactions during their Awards and Appreciation Banquet. Everyone was so nice and having a great time with each other–and with Fotoboyz! We had a great time being a part of their event and felt honored to provide this extended family a fun time in the Open Style Photo Booth. We have been a part of their year celebration for many years and look forward to seeing them next year!!
