It was Vegas Night at Theo’s Bar Mitzvah!!! Kids and adults were all Big Winners at Theo’s November 18, 2017 Bar Mitzvah held at the first class Frenchman’s Creek Clubhouse (https://www.frenchmanscreek.com).
The three rooms hosting the cocktail hour, the all night lounge, and the main event were all decorated with great Vegas themed items. Theo’s awesome mom, Myra, even had a Vegas scene projected on the walls. Fotoboyz used this scene with the famed Bellagio fountain https://www.bellagio.com/en.html as the backdrop for our Open Style/Video Messaging Booth. It was a hit!!!
We set up in the lounge and were open for business during cocktail hour while guests enjoyed the sushi station, open bar, and card tricks. Most of the kids came over to pose for photos with Theo and their friends. They also had an awesome time making creative video messages congratulating Theo on a job well done, which also carried over to the Scrapbook we made for him. We printed an extra photo strip from each session and pasted it into the Scrapbook. Guests then wrote Theo a special or fun note next to their photos!! The Scrapbook is an amazing memory of a special event like this.
Fotoboyz stopped the booth during the very special moments of the evening while Theo and his family were introduced, traditional Mitzvah ceremonies were performed, and the slide show that Myra had created was projected on the wall and shown on our 50” Monitor, which ran continually throughout the event. Myra did a great job at putting together photos from Theo’s life that reflected his interests, his personality, his football team, and his love and enjoyment of his family and friends.
The final detail was the very special candle lighting ceremony. Theo’s grin was ear to ear when he lit the last candle in honor of all his friends who joined him. Everyone could tell this group of kids are a tight knit family!!
After the ceremony, the DJ went back into action with great music, fun games for the kids, and a lot of dancing. Fotoboyz sprang back into action as well, this time gathering many of Theo’s relatives and adult friends to take fun, silly poses in the photo booth, leave him great video messages, and sign the scrapbook. Parents came into the booth with their kids, and Theo came in with his Mom, Dad, and brother for a fun and memorable photo session!!
It was a great night watching Theo have fun with his family and friends as he completed the Bar Mitzvah ceremonies. Fotoboyz was happy to be there helping everyone celebrate!!
