Hinda & Jassi from the Awesome, High End The J Group Events of Miami reached out to Fotoboyz looking for some unique items for the Bar Mitzvah for their client’s son Evan. Fotoboyz put together a complete package of activities before and during the reception, as well as something that could be created by the kids and taken home as a souvenir.
First we set up a 3 game rental package to keep the kids occupied during the cocktail hour. Games are a great way for the kids to be entertained and burn off some energy! We brought Pop-Shots Basketball, a Giant LED Foosball table, and the Giant Jenga Game. All these games were a big hit with the kids– and even a few adults!
During the main reception, Guests had a GREAT time in our Digital Light Painting Booth. Fotoboyz provided fun props for guests who then entered the Booth and created great poses. Then the fun really started! Our light painting “artist” used colored LED wands to “draw” in the air creating cool tracer light patterns in-front and behind of the people. The resulting photos are a light show extravaganza caught in a still image with the guests at the center of the excitement!
We printed copies instantly for every person in the photo and displayed a slide-show on a 50” Monitor outside the booth for the rest of the guests to see. The booth fit right in with the awesome Neon decor provided by the J Group for the Room! They were so creative with the set up– the neon shoe laces hanging from the ceiling were inventive and helped provide a GREAT, fun atmosphere!
They was also a fantastic backdrop for our brand new Spin Art Custom T-shirt Studio. This new item takes a spin (pun intended) on the old concept of spin art. Before the event, we pre-printed T-Shirts with Evan’s custom Logo, EAS, on the backs. As the kids came up, we tagged a shirt with their name for easy pick up later. Each kid then chose from a 10 color assortment of our special fast drying t-shirt paint to make their own custom creation on the front side of the shirt.
Fotoboyz staff then placed the shirt in our t-shirt drying machine for 90 seconds and Viola! Shirts are instantly dry so they can be worn at the end of the party right on the dance floor! This was a great way for kids to be entertained during the event. They loved creating their own unique t-shirts and taking them home as keepsakes!
Fotoboyz always tries to find the right elements to custom tailor for each client’s event. Evan’s Bar Mitzvah was a success for Fotoboyz since J Group Events, the client, and most importantly, Evan were ALL excited and happy with our products.
